We rent, obviously.Marco Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14743362297094244898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232964598879818194.post-41125432823826753162012-08-17T01:08:55.643-07:002012-08-17T01:08:55.643-07:00OMG, you could have gotten there by metro and a mi...OMG, you could have gotten there by metro and a minibus (marshrutka). Would have been so much cheaper... No problem in calling 112 and asking where they've towed your car.

Water boiler is not that expensive you know.NataGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15576069733670218664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232964598879818194.post-2687805745812454342012-08-14T12:25:44.299-07:002012-08-14T12:25:44.299-07:00Ah, when you write these things I always want to a...Ah, when you write these things I always want to argue with you....because in Russia I was always happy, and I'm not here. But, I know that you described it all well - I'd never, never consider having a car there. Never!

But, you're reminding me I need to pay the $100 fine I got for "speeding" on a country road in Ohio... I turned onto a new road [with a new speed limit, but with no sign yet visible] and then went down the hill and right into what must surely have been a high-producing speed trap. And, I don't even speed. That's the sad part....that and the fact that we're really poor.

As far as the water goes - they DO turn it off in August, which is a compassionate choice, surely. In Ivanovo it is off every night. Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12623179886908222942noreply@blogger.com
